However, if you continue to encounter audio difficulties and other people in a Slack conversation cannot hear you, take these steps to ensure that you are using the appropriate equipment.

Step 1: Simply clicking on the symbol that looks like a phone will begin a call.

Step 2: Find the symbol that looks like a gear in the upper left corner of the call window, then click on it.
